Php 5.0

Archive: 14 posts

UPDATE: The host has fixed all of the issues that we know about. Gallery uploads now work, and blogs and profiles no longer display an error. Please continue to report any problems you encounter, as there might be some we haven't spotted yet.

Our host has upgraded their servers to PHP version 5.0. While that is overall a good thing (stick around) it's caused some slight problems that we're working to resolve. As of now, uploading to the Gallery does not work due to a misconfigured setting on the host's side (meaning we are not in control of it). We're working to get it fixed, but give us time; it took them 3 months to upgrade the PHP version, so I can't say how long it will take.

As an alternative, Im sure most of us have Flickr accounts, we could create a LBC group and upload competition entries there.2009-02-22 11:46:00

Does this problem also effect uploading to personal users galleries as well, or is it just the main general public one?2009-02-22 15:13:00

Yeah, keep an eye out any ways guys. There are some scripts that were meant more for PHP 4, so there still could be some glitches here and there. Let us know if you find anything.

I'm just glad my host got it going. I had to push it a bit before they did it.
