Hello fellow sackthings For a long time I have been pondering if I should make all my lbp2 levels copyable for the soul purpose of others being able to take them apart on their moons and perhaps learn a thing or two. Naturally, I want to be able to go through and see how stuff is done (mainly deco) and try to implement the same techniques myself. I'm just afraid of the noobs who may potentially copy and repubublish as their own. Thanks though man. Nooo , don't do this lous. As much i love your levels and would love them. I think this can be a big mistake. If the noobs find you and what your doing they will flood the lbp world of the same awesome level. Maybe one would be cool with missing chunks, but all? I really don't see the benefits for the community at this point. And reasoning? Sorry if i sound harsh

I can't wait to try these out and research them when I have the time. *mew ...I've always wondered what the logic was like and been really curiously how you put some of this stuff together design wise. I'm a fairly skilled LBP creator already but there's still much I can learn. :&apos

All that logic laid bare for the world to see... It's a bit like the full body scanners at the airport. All kidding aside I think it's a great idea and hope that it has the positive results that are at the heart of Luos' reasons for doing this. LBP wouldn't be what it is without you and won't be the same after you are gone. -Clay

I had a feeling this might be your last hurrah Bittersweet indeed! Such an amazing gift to people though Lu, I really hope that those who copy your levels will learn from you both - I know I intend to have a good poke about myself when I get the chance! And I might well do the same with a few of my levels before LBP3 comes out - If anyone can find their way among the spaghetti junction that is my logic, and figure out what it does, they deserve a medal! lol Glad to see you'll at least be sticking around on twitter - I don't think my feed would feel right without seeing the occasional thought from you x

Nice parting gift man, seriously. I hope we see your influence start to pop up if we can't see anything you directly made. In a way by revealing/teaching/influencing others with this move the levels they make and publish will contain a little bit of your heart and mind. So in a way you will still be making levels and will not be totally gone.

I wish there was a way to allow copy to moon, but not re-upload or capture. I think more people would share their work if there was.
