I remember laughing my *** off when I saw that. The collector cameos throughout the world were just great, and I never really understood what was going on untill I finished the game and started replaying it...		2009-02-28 23:55:00

But if I had to pick, it'd probably be the scientist guy.
The savannah guy was RUBBISH.
Just looked like a tacky attempt to quickly put together another character..

How is it a robot?

In the official guide it says that the cat is indeed a robot. It was probably cut from the final game (along with Uncle Jalapeno's old name, "Tabasco").
