| In the Gamescom demo of LBP 3 they showed the character change gate. With this you could become a any sackbot you've built. I have an idea about how to smoothly be able to move between all 16 layers on a flat plane. I hope it works. Here are the steps to follow. 1: Start by making a sackbot that copies the players clothes. 2: Open the sackbots logic chip and place a timer with 0.1 seconds, make it reset itself. 3: Connect the timer to a (layer-mover), set it to move inwards. 4: Duplicate the timer and mover, place directly under but set this mover to move outwards. 5: Place a direction splitter infront of the timers and connect the negative output to the lower one and the positive output to the upper timer. 6: Place a controllinator and connect the left stick to the direction splitter. 7: set the controllinator to be controlled by nearest player. 8: Save it in the character change gate. Now if you enter the character change gate you will come out as your new character. If you push the left stick up, the timer connected to the positive output, if resetting will constantly trigger the mover that pushes the player inwards. If you pull the stick down, the opposite will occur. If you want, you can connect the positive and negative outputs on the splitter to two different animations, if there is an inward and outward walk animation.
