MBTI - Myers Briggs? Test Some of you might have taken this test and what it is supposed to accomplish is to give you your base personality, so that you can better understand yourself. Trust me, it has helped me loads. Mine is INTP (not an acronym). Apparently that is in only 1% of the population... o.o no wonder i felt so different in gradeschool. Anyway... What is your personality type? There are 12 base ones (of course we are all different, but that is because we all have different experiances in our life and as we age we get even more unique and diverse) So which base type are you? (this kind of personality is highly recognized, and i took a profesional one given to me by a counciler) I wonder if since we all love LBP that our personality types lean towards one or a few personality types. well... actually... I thought this too... but when i took it... i decided to look up INTP and guess what i found... explanations to almost everything i did when i was younger and explanations as to why i felt different and it helped explain almost everything that i have done... and i finally have answered the question why. Before that i was the biggest puzzle to myself and i just could not figure myself out. Now i have and i am VERY GRATEFUL. Cheers!

My personality changes with my moods, I've probably been in at least 8 of the categories today alone. (It's been a wierd day). But I've never taken one of these tests. I did however take a "which 'friend' would you be?" test. I would be Chandler. Hope that helps

I would suggest taking this... it absolutely confirms that you do not know yourself even when you thought that you did. Since this test will actually help explain (most of the time not completely, but that is because you branched out from your base personality due to your experiances in life). Oh and by they way. the letters are not an acronym... but there are 2 different letters for each spot... so 8 letters and 12 different base personalities. Oh and i think mine is one of the rarest if not the rarest. Cheers!

ESFP is me...the entertainer...suits me well..also the job i am is in there...also otehr ones i aws thinking about like lawyer and computer programmer...seems like it nailed me pretty well. also wewt peter griffin is a ESFP! i'm 8% of other males ....11% of females are this. i wonder if there are any personality types that are like 20%

Looks like I am an ENTJ. Extraverted iNtuition Thinking Judging When I read about it I think it make sense but it totally makes abstraction of my artistic sense. I also live for Game Design and I don't see where it correlate with the result of that personality test. I must be one ****ed up person. .

I normally find these types of test to be a load of rubbish. I was pretty amazed though at how it turned out. I'm an ISTJ. Reading the profile of this type,it had me pretty much nailed. The one thing it didn't do was tell me anything I didn't know. I guess I know myself real well.

The last one of these online personality tests I took said I was 91% psychopath. Pfft. I don't put much stock in them, lol. I was laughing my *** off while reading the choices. I'm not too sure what i was.. since i closed the site on accident (I hate myself now..) But i was an "introvert thinker" as is 9% of the population. It's a bit lame since most questions were either Black or White you know... Like those social questions, there's "I like group activities / I like being alone".. It would indeed be better if there was like a middle path, you start doubting about you're answers troughout the test, since you can already tell that you mostly enter certain type of answers...

The book "Please Understand Me" does a better job of explaining the process. Many of the questions are designed to get what you "gravitate" towards, not really black and white. Then statistically the answers can help determine what you are closest to. So far I've been impressed. It seems to get the basic personality correct most of the time, but it's really only a small piece of the whole puzzle - so many other influences effect who a person really is.

It depends on the situation aswell.. Like those questions of rather being alone, or with a group for instance.. You're not always in a group, and you're not always alone.. That's what i meant with Black and White.. If you say you like being alone, then you don't mean that you don't want to engage in group activities... So yeah, i know that these tests are just a little puzzle piece to help you, but i get annoyed by these Black and White questions

Well i am glad to know that i am not the only INTP here. We have more Ts than Fs seeing how we think loads in this community about how to improve concepts, machines, bosses, and scenery. as expected there are more Es than Is... but here is a biggy... we have Way more Ns than Ss... that means that most of us are very creative and more in a dreamy kind of state rather than down to earth Sensors. and there are an even amount of Js and Ps... I would bet that the Js have a few levels up already compared to us Ps who would have only like 1 or 2 ones... and then 1 that we are actually working on but have not gotten to very often. But i am going to predict that we have many NTs in this community more than anything else (excluding I and E) Cheers!
