This would be a great improvement to LBP3. This button will prevent users who harass the player's profile from commenting on their profile ever again. I've been harassed on my profile numerous times and i would like if they add this option to the game to prevent the person to ever comment on my profile again. What do you think?

On LBP.me you can already do this, but in game would be a good idea...

On LBP.me you can already do this, but in game would be a good idea... It would be nice if there was quick access from within the game to block someone since a lot of players don't use LBP.me and are unaware that it is possible to block others.

You would still can see levels which is aimed to harrass you. I think for LBP3 an ability to report comments should also be added in order to stop those that harass others since blocking doesn't really cut it which the user above has pointed out.

Only issue is that doesn't always seem to work, I reported some very obscene levels, swearing and multiple other indecent levels (for a kids game) and it has taken multiple months for the developers to do anything and by that time damage would have been done cyber bullying needs to be dealt with quickly. Only thing they can do is add a block feature which get's rid of all contact in every way shape and form. As if to erase the person from existance. Then it is up to the individual whether or not they can will utilize this feature. Also features like these need to be built in to the game otherwise they are almost useless.

Tried to report some levels ingame, nothing happend, but reporting on LBP.me worked every time... (think, reported 2 or 3 levels in 4,5 years and all were deleted after some hours)

Being able to prevent certain players from commenting would be nice. But I suppose it could be seen as unfair at the same time which is why I think when blocking comments through LBP.me it's all or nothing. I think they should make it so people on your block list just can't comment on your profile or levels just like they can't message you.

This is how it works on LBP.me, only the person you are blocking can't comment on your profiles and levels... Really? I thought you could only disable whether or not your profile or levels allow comments or reviews. Then again, I never really gave the feature too much of a shot since I haven't had to block anyone yet. If it's already there though, then that's good.

However you can still see that persons planet and Levels which is still a bit of a problem. Blocking someone on LBP.ME as far as I know only blocks the Username not the IP address so someone could easily spam 20 hate levels about then create another account letting you know about itl. So it isn't an ideal situation
