A Four-part, Cinematic Level Series

Archive: 15 posts

I've had this idea for a while and would love some assistance to make this into a reality.
I've been working on costumes and basic logic for a while, but i'm afraid that it's not enough.
I have'nt even began working on scenery.
So now I reach out to the community for help.
The story is supposed to go like this:

Four people.
A prisoner aboard a space ship
A mysterious messenger
An expert assassin
And an inquisitive detective

All brought together by a strange box with untold powers

All stories would be separate ,but are connected in a bigger way

Find out why this box is so important and hopefully, why the box is so important in the first place
:If you would like to help, my PSN name is "Bankerblue2you".
I'm also in need of voice actors

I'll see you soon.

Is this a movie, or a playable level?2014-08-12 21:34:00

A bit of both actually. The series will rely on cinematics and cut scenes to tell the story, but every story will have varying level mechanics and game play.
Thanks for asking

What type of gameplay will the levels have? Is it a platformer, RPG, Top-down? Also what specific game mechanics will the levels have?2014-08-13 16:33:00

Every charater's gameplay will have drastically varying styles:
One will be a platforming level with an odd rule for defeating enemies

Another will have stealth gameplay, where you rely on the darkness, walls, and anything else that can cloke you from your advisories

Thirdly, you follow the story of the detective to investigate the purchase of a dangerous weapon.

And lastly, travel across an arid dessert to make an important delivery that can impact and decide the outcome of a war.

That's what I plan the story will be about.
Again, thanks for asking
