Track cannot be played online?

| Looking to publish my Pocket Tank Giveaway but can't get past this weird quirk. Get the error message "Track cannot be played online please select play on your own"! So the track will never reflect online plays. Is there a setting or something I tweaked and shouldn't have? Any idea what is causing this?
