creature attacking help

i have this robot thing that has 4 different attacks that is hooked to an emitter but i want to have a break in the attacks so the player can come in and attack it? how would i be able to do this? also i need a way to make timed bomb that is emitted. | 2009-02-20 23:49:00 Author: superBlast Posts: 267 |

You could have a circular material attatched to some random dark matter in the air (out of sight), attatch it with a motor bolt. Put a magnetic key on one of the sides of the circular material. Put some dark matter next to the spinning circular material with a magnetic switch on so that, as it spins, the magnetic key will occaisionally go near it and activate it. i'll try it, thanks Ok, good luck. I should probably point out that it's best to use a big circle as it's easier to tweak the duration of the attack. ok. do know a way to make a timed bomb too? thats emitted? Do you not have the timed explosives object? Other than that, you could make one in a similar way to the original version. To make timed explosives, put a spinning circle (slow moving) onto the timed explosive box. Put on the magnetic key and switch like in the attacking thing above except this time make it very small. Do it so that the spinner will go very slow and then when it finishes it's spin it will activate some remote eplosives. Put all of it into a box and save the object.
