i got two ideas, which might be more or less usefull in your eyes: first: if you get an invite and want to decline that, that there is another option letting you write a short optional message for the poor fellow why you don't want to join or let them join. for example: "sure! but in 5 minutes!" / "sorry I wait for someone else" / "sorry busy creating a project with NAME X" / "sorry forgot to set it to auto reject" / "let me finish my sandwich first! XD" and others. which pops up on the screen from the inviting person. I know you can use the playstation network messages for that, but that only works for friends and it is annoying. second: i think a "busy" button would help a lot. for example: if you build and wait for once specific friend to join you, because he is the only person to build this one level with you, it shows others that you are busy with an small icon. there are a lot other szenarios where i think that would be usefull. skype, yahoo messanger, ICQ they all are using it, why not here too? It might not stop people from spamming invites to you, but they know you don't just ignore or overseen them you are just busy and it might stop them spamming invites. I had more ideas for examples, but i kinda forgot them right now. What do you think? EDIT: I would like to note that i am not often doing online multiplayer so there might be things i missed. But i do have some people allways wanting me to join, and don't give up on it x3

This would help me greatly. If a friend asks to join me I never press O because I find the words "refused to let you join" harsh...

yup, there are loads of tweaks that could be made to the multiplayer joining system, I'd love to see the addition of a note specifically, never thought of that. I feel so rude for having auto reject on, but frankly there are times when an invite every five minutes can get more than a little annoying. Another tweak I'd like is to turn off the option to be invited when you're not actually logged on to lbp - IE, online, but not playing lbp. I'm so fed up of my message inbox being flooded with "come play lbp, it's super fun" bleurgh! Especially irritating when one is lucky enough to receive a team pick (I know, first world problems, but still...) - at one point I had to delete fifty invite messages, and I'd only been watching netflix! argh!

This would be the best thing since toast. I always feel so bad not letting people join because I'm busy. I don't even press O because like mentioned before, the message seems mean. I usually just let it time out but it can still be annoying. I know there's auto reject but being able to have a message as to why would be great and make creators come off as much less anti-social.

if you want to let it time out and you're on your earth or browsing or what ever you are stuck until the message disappears.

Yeah and then there's the issue where someone tries to join and you happen to be pressing triangle at the same time so you end up letting them join while you're busy and you either have to stop what you're doing or awkwardly tell them you're busy >.<
