Does anyone know where I could get all the fonts used in LBP2? Or at least their names? Thanks

Uhh... I have this font on my laptop but I don't remember where I got it from. http://i.imgur.com/wiKwsqx.png If you can't find it anywhere else I could always try sending it to you somehow, I'm just not sure how I'd do that. EDIT: Oh wait, I should probably mention its name is apparently just "LBP2"
