So I just got "Recommendation Second Class" trophy on LBPC, in the description it says "1 referral". What does it actually mean, I can't quite understand it?

Sorry if this is off topic but I was surprised at those trophy statistics - Only six percent of users have 3 friends and 32% of users haven't even been registered 7 days! That's a lot of new users, I don't envy the moderators/admins.
