So it is almost time for Gamescom 2014, a trade show in Germany that rivals E3. Sony's press conference will take place on Tuesday, August 12 at 11am PT / 2pm ET / 7pm GMT. Chances are very high they'll show something LBP3 related, and hopefully other PS4 stuff. Maybe MM's new game? Lol, probably not. Also, press conference invitations said something about a new Japanese Sony made game, so there's that. Anyway, it's coming up in a few days, so please be excited.

I'm pretty excited for Gamescom, considering that there'll be more LBP3 info. I'm mainly hoping that there'll be more JRPGs announced for the PS4, since I'm dying for one to play. And yes, I am away of Natural Doctrine and Hyperdimension Neptunia V II coming to the system, but I want a true turn based one, not a strategy one or anything from Compile Heart.

I'm expecting bundles for LBP 3, GTA V and maybe this years Assassins Creed. Of course as noted above Europe has been getting most of the bundles so far so adjust expectations accordingly.

I would find it funny if the PS4 version outsells the Xbone one. Well, from what I've read on the interwebs, TR 2013 sales on PS3/4 made up for around 60% of the overall sales, with the Definitive Edition selling almost twice as much on PS4 than it did on Xbone. So it's certainly more than likely that RotTR will sell more on PS4. Of course, all this hype should do wonders.

I'm guessing Microsoft wanted a game to combat Uncharted 4 next Christmas, and Square didn't want to go directly head to head with Uncharted 4, so it works out. Microsoft will spend a ton advertising for Square, and then Square can publish the "Definitive" version on PS4 months later. No surprise the PS4 version sold so much better, considering how much beter the PS4 is selling altogether lol
