You can get a LBP Central pin by winning a contest hosted by LBP Central. I believe that if you're apart of the staff you get one too, but don't take my word for it.

How do i become the staff, is there like a sign up thing on lbp central for ranks like staff and that? I have absolutely no idea. But I can imagine that only close people/friends to the already existing staff has a higher chance of becoming a part of the staff. I asked a similar question on another LBP Fansite and they said if you have something to contribute that can make this site better, then why not. In short, pretty hard for normal members such as us.
