Not sure, I might do digital for the t shirts but the amazon pack has things all I don't have and it offers lots... I'll wait for collectors edition to see what it offers after all I do have 70 pounds left......

I caved and bought the pack from Amazon. https://twitter.com/MySummerJob/status/495051150547095553 and me posting a follow up tweet so it doesn't look like a spambot took over my account: https://twitter.com/MySummerJob/status/495051460926001152 Honestly the only other ones that looked enticing were Bestbuy and Gamestop (and maybe Target). Unfortunately I don't know how Gamestop (and Target) work when it comes to pre-ordering stuff (especially online). Also the last time I pre-ordered a game from Bestbuy (Rock Band 3) I had to cancel it after never receiving it for a few weeks and had to go to some other store to pick it up. Hopefully Amazon works out (even though I own 6/17 of those costumes on my Vita (counting Patapon as three instead of one that I don't own).

Game Stop. There's one nearby so I can pick up my copy at the store, plus I like the look of that mythical creatures pack. Maybe I'll go get the old God of War pack so Sackboy and Toggle can be Minotaur buddies. However, if a collectors edition does get announced, I'll be all over that. I hope they announce it sooner rather than later. If one doesn't happen, I don't want to miss out on the Sackboy doll. My LBP2 collectors edition Sackboy needs a friend. Sure the PS Store shirts might remain exclusive forever, but that's okay. They're pretty plain. Plus I want a physical copy of the game to kiss when I get it, and buying digital guarantees no Sackboy doll. I've already got enough of the Amazon content that it doesn't entice me (plus I don't care much about dressing my Sackperson up as a pre-existing character). The hidden creatures pack looks all right, but Sackboy's eyebrows scare me and I prefer the more integrated costume pieces (https://www.flickr.com/photos/playstationblog/14774525464/in/photostream/) of the mythological creatures pack to the obviously wearing a costume type stuff like with Oddsock's Loch Ness monster costume, or Toggle's cardboard bigfoot feet. However it doesn't say anything about there being anything extra (plushies, etc). They may do something closer to the release date however.

Used games on PS4 work exactly like they do on PS3. You don't even have to worry about online passes. Digital game sharing is where things have changed a bit.

I'm pretty sure Gamestop lets you cancel preorders so long as they haven't already sent you pre-order bonuses, and I don't think that they're sending those until the game releases.
