Hey all. My latest level (for the LBPG-site level competition) is now ready. It is called "LBPG - ROCKET STAR II - The Search for Little Big Planet". For those who liked Rocket Star I and even for those who didn't, the latest installment in this series is a HUGE upgrade from the last. The level features a much better story, better and more use of lighting and sound, and a better variation of gameplay elements in general. But the BIG wow factor of the level is the revamped Rocket Vehicle (known in RS-II as an Eco-Pod). In RS-I, I made the mistake of not designing my stations to be able to stop incoming vehicles. This has been fixed. The vehicle itself if 10x as cool as in RS-I; it is a circular vehicle that spins freely around while traveling the rocket track. The glass cockpit door closes in around you and stays shut untill you reach the next station. 1 vehicle will support 1-4 players. It is a real cool vehicle I'm glad to have made. Another bonus "free-flying" rocket is hidden near the end of the level and lets you zip around this space level freely. The level puzzles are tricky but interesting enough (I hope) to help make the level more polished so that it's not JUST a vehicle level. The one small thing I don't like about this new level is that I made the mistake of building my start area and end area in the corners of the level. This would have been fine had the level been themed around anything other than "Space". But because there is no Space backdrop to choose from, the level edges are the generic "cardboard?" instead of a better graphical object. Anyways, I hope the site members here get first crack at my level, so give 'er a go soon if you can. And yes, I am open to CONSTRUCTIVE critisism about this new level (and my other levels for that matter). My PSN = mindphaser74, the new level can be found on the continent of Africa.

Hey all, no one has tried this level yet? It was revealed to me that the level wouldn't load for people, but I've since re-published it. However, no hits yet. I need to know if it works. If I choose to play this level online from my system, it appears to be working. Is there any other way of determining if a 0-hit level is working or not??? This is sooooo frustrating.

ok so it is not loading... why? I can play it via online but no one else can? Never had this happen, any advice?

ok I've deleted some stars from the level and I now no longer get the message that my level is starting to overheat. Hopefully this works cause y'all gotta check it out.
