And also, how do i upload a profile picture? You go to Settings at the top of the website, and then click "Edit Profile Picture" and "Edit Avatar" on the sidebar. The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB

They only announced the US pre-order bonuses so far, it doesn't seem like your from US. Although im sure you guys will be able to get it as a pre-order bonus when they announce it! If you don't, you can just buy it on Week 1 of LittleBigPlanet 3...
