Since you can use your device using the app as a screen, you could use it in levels sort of like the cross controller pack. Or just use it for options, like on levels you have a list and you can switch between music, and change day / night, ect. Or use it to navigate the Popit too? - - - - - - - - - - I'm talking about PS4 version by the way.

It'll be cool to finally see a game support the second screen feature in the PS app, as most games use the Vita's remote play. But I'm pretty sure it'll be a standalone app that still can interact with the game but has very limited features, like the apps for Battlefield 4, Assassin's Creed IV, and Watch Dogs. Support for second screen is unlikely imo tho

This is a great idea, as I haven't seen many devs take advantage of the PS App. Instead, game developers usually release companion apps on iOS/Android/Windows Phone. I've seen this with Grand Theft Auto V, Watch Dogs and, Destiny (many others too). I'm really hoping the LBP3 developers go ahead and release an LBP3 app too.

I hope if they make an that it's Vita compatible... Vita can already hook up to the PS4 via remote play and is usable for play room. I can see it being able to work with LBP.
