Action Battle Painters 2 (https://lbp.me/v/qsq9324)

This is a versus game. You can wait for other players in the waiting lounge, where you can watch a short tutorial or adjust the options. During the battle, you have to paint more blocks than your enemies with your paint gun. Curse your enemies to stop them! Hope you enjoy!

like i said on the german thread that reminded me a lot to the E3 announced game "splatoons" for the wii u just not 3D and it works good, and was fun to play! well done! for the "what could you do better" part of the review i would say: its a bit hard to figure out how to use that wall jump ability but if you know how it works you get used to it. maybe you can tweek it a bit to work smother? than in the tutorial you said L1 but in the game i was only able to jump with X. you might want to fix that . also why don't you use the wall jump dlc from DC comics?
and the last one: i wonder why there is a left upper corner with white stuff you can't reach? why didnt you use that for the field?

final: yayed and hearted,
keep up the work, and make more! the ball was a great idea! with a few tweeks that level will be very fun to play in mutiplayer mode! and people will come back to it often.

@ForcesWerwolf
Yep, Splatoon was my motivation to built a sequel of Action Battle Painters and ofc a big inspiration.

With the DC DLC it's not possible to climb at walls about the Sackbot, or? I don't think so. And that's why I built it by myself. But ye, walljumps are a little harder now, you have to push the stick in the direction of the wall and not in the direction you want to jump.

The space in the upper left is for the player points. At first there was more of the level, but you couldn't saw it.

And thanks for the vote.

well in the ending of my skunk bunny adventures 2 level i had them jumping down on a dlc wall jump wall, and it worked. you cant see it in the final game, but i think it works. sackbots can use bouncepads, can use powerups, why should they not being able to use the walljump material and tweekers? (it has it as a tool as well, so you dont need to use the set material)

yes it works

I guess you mean sackbots can't wall jump? They actually can.

Hm, crap. I had to try this befor I built my own. :/
But it worked too...

EDIT:
Ok, but it worked a lot diffrent. You always jump directly off the wall and can't climb it.
And the wall climb at walls above doesn't work in my test with the DC stuff.

But maybe it work with DC too, I never used this befor.

well you can set the wall jump material changer that way that you slide upwards instead of downwards and set the sliding speed, too. as well you can change how far you bounce away, maybe if you include smart logic in the sackbot that toogles them per buttons? maybe for a part 3?2014-07-28 22:40:00
