Copy a level from earth bug?

Archive: 3 posts

It happened to me 3 times in a row now, 3 days ago:

I pushed on "copy level" (so i could edit it and patch it)
than i wanted to choose like normal where to put the level on the moon, but it did not showed the save on top message. it started to load the level (which i wanted to delete per saving on top of it) on the moon instantly, when i tried to put it on top of a level from the moon. even befor pushing a button. i quick stopped the loading process and tried it again, and than it worked.

when i tried it at another level later that day (because of patching ideas) it happened again 2 times. but allways fixed itself when you tried it again.

well i never tried what would happen if i load the level this wrong way and save something inside, will it get deleted and replaced by the copied level from the earth when i leave it? no idea because i was afraid to test it out. and i hope this don't causes work to get deleted if you don't notice it or worse you edit a older version without noticing it, and than delete your new version on the earth after adding a minor patch.

i just wanted to let you know, and ask if someone ever saw that happen as well?

EDIT: i looked around but did not found a section for bug reports topics, could someone link me to it if there is one? thanks!

Last time I heard we were supposed to report bugs here: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/LittleBigPlanet/bd-p/b_EN_GAMES_general_lbp

Weird stuff. Could be related to the patch from last week...

No, im sure it wouldn't delete the level and replace it by the copied one after leaving create mode. It doesn't cause any work to be deleted.2014-07-28 21:48:00
