When I preordered LBP 3 on the playstation store, it says it's coming out on March 31 2015. And I thought it was coming out in November 2014. Can someone please help me on this? Oh and BTW I live in the United States.

Most likely just a placeholder date as the exact release is unconfirmed. Assume November unless the developers say otherwise.

March 31st is the end of the Fiscal Year, so it's usually a placeholder date for a lot of games that are releasing in said fiscal year.
