does anyone here think or hope that the psp system will be getting Flash 9 in the future? For those who dont know what Flash 9 is, its a type of software that lets you watch videos like the ones on youtube. its also used at more busy sites that have animations for everything to make them look cool. but anyways does anybody think this will happen in the near future?

I doubt it, according to Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/devices/psp.html) the latest version of Flash Player for the PSP is 6.0.72.27. However, if you're running the 1.5 firmware, you can install Flash Player 7 (http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2006/02/psp_homebrew_flash_player_with_1.html?CMP=OTC-0D6B48984890) yourself. Why do you want Flash Player 9 anyway? Flash Player 10 is the latest version (version 10.0.12.36 to be precise) and has been out since October 2008.

Oh i didnt even know about 10, flash 9 was the latest version when i used my psp a lot

I would be so happy if 9 or 10 were compatible. It's so sad that I can't even play YouTube videos, they require at least FP7. (I have a 3000 and no Datel battery, so no PSPtube for me D: )

i tried cfw with my psp2000 and messed it up.. but now i got a 3000!
