Lost all DLC I paid for

Archive: 5 posts

This morning I went on LittleBigPlanet 2 after a long hiatus and no longer seem to own any of the DLC I paid for. Even though content from both the MGS pack and the Pirates of the Caribbean pack are in my pod, my objects, and my levels, I can't access any of it and the game is acting as if I don't own any of it. While I apparently still own all of the free DLC that I downloaded over the years, anything I paid for I no longer seem to have. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.2014-07-27 17:14:00

That is strange. Have you tried going to the in-game store and see if you can redownload the lost DLC? Or does it have the price tag (say $5.99) acting as if you never bought it?2014-07-27 17:18:00

Are you on the same psn account? Was your lbp profile corrupted? If you're on the same psn the items you bought should be re-downloadable if you check from the XMB under Account Management>Transaction Management>Download List2014-07-27 17:22:00

Alright, panic over. Thank you to everyone that replied. It turns out that I bought the items using a different PSN account of a different user on the same system, so I can download them again now. Thanks again.2014-07-27 17:40:00

If this does ever happen with the actual user, as it sometimes does, just restart the game. Never worry with paid stuff like this. Even if you did somehow lose it, Sony support is there.2014-07-27 22:02:00
