Color me clueless... I have the DC pack which I believe is what I need, and yet I can't fine the memorizer anywhere for the life of me. I would appreciate the help.

In your heart. In all of our hearts. Maybe you need to clear the tutorial for it to appear in the advanced logic section of your popit. Maybe, I'm not sure. For all I know it could be a in a very well hidden prize buble in a dark corner of The Watchtower. I wouldn't know, I find it impossible to create if there are still prizes to be collected.

I can confirm this - the first thing i did in that pack was play the tutorial to unlock it. And yet I still haven't even tried using it. Ho hum!
