Game Servers problem

Archive: 8 posts

Hey there sackpeople.

If any of you could help me in this one I'd appreciaty it a lot! You know, I've always been able to play LBPK without any problems. A couple of days ago I was playing ten levels per day for the spotlights and such. But suddenly (about four days ago) I opened the game and with no explanation whatsoever I get kicked from the LBPK's game servers every single time I tried to access the Online mode of the game. I get a "Your connection to the game Server was lost. You must be connected to access online portions of LittlebigPlanet Karting" message. It is quite annoying as I was planning to publish my first out of Beta level next week and now I can't even go online.

I can play online perfectly in any other game. I can even go online in LBPK but just for about 30 seconds at best, then the message appears and I get kicked from where I was. It is weird, I didn't change any settings on my internet connection or anything. I double checked the connection settings, even tried opening some ports and enabling that DMZ thing on my router for my PS3 but I'm still getting the dreadful message. All the people I know have been able to access the game recently with no problems at all. Have any of you experienced this glitchy glitch before, and if so how have you been able to solve it?

I even erased the game data and installed it again. Yeah I have no idea what to do now.

Happened to me as well, had to re sign in to it. :/ It's not the best game, but its not like it turns your earth into a cube like in the beta.

Lol the Beta was awesome XD Some glitches were funnier than they were annoying.

Oh so you like... Re signed in? What do you mean Hyper? Like from the PSN or did you start a new profile all over again?

This has been evident for some time unfortunately and definitely has become worse recently.

I'd like to think it's because more people are playing the game and that servers are struggling with all the extra traffic! LOL

However the cynic in me says that it can't be coincidence that PS+ take LBPK off their download freebies list and suddenly the servers also begin to play up, almost as though their maximum traffic allowance has been reduced?

Yugnar, i think you just have to wait, maybe one day or two and evrything will be in order soon. This problem already already happened to me. This only solution with online problems in this game is: Patience2014-06-15 19:34:00

Haha just a little update just today the game allowed me back in so thank you very much for telling me to have patience with the game's servers. Just for the record, I guess this is the only solution.2014-06-21 06:32:00
