Sack Wars

I want to bring cooperative,versus game to Vita,because it is cool to play on handheld. So I got idea-Sack Wars! (Couldn't think of better name really.)
A very complex game (because of shooter,fighter,strategy mechanisms and more! Also i am going to try to make tutorials so it is easy to understand) which will include:
EXP system!
Weaponcrafting and character customization!
Planet and Map selection!
Awesome fights!
Variety of modes!
Tactic and loads more!
Modes planned of as of now are: Deathmatch,Team Deathmatch,Arena mode, Tower Defense (Siege and Termination),CTF and maybe more. Just maybe!
The main menu will show your EXP level and have lobby which will show when the game is going to start. The options are:
WeaponCrafting
Simulation Tests (Tutorials)
News
Not final!
Weapon Crafting will allow you to make your own weapon or choose a premade. These are often consider as "Special Weapons" There is plan to make rare weapons also
Host will also have option of "Host" Here,he will choose a map and a mode. He can force start or wait until all players are ready.

VR Vision:
VR vision is automatically activated.
This is one of the main mechanics in Sack Wars. This allows you to see the world more detailed. Health bars,interaction prompts,precise gun aim etc. With this,you can't hide your status from enemy. They can see your health,what gun you swapped,how you are changing gadget in gadget wheel... And how you are commanding troops,interecting with nodes,etc.
Aiming:
Aiming will be done with right stick. Nothing big on this one...

There are more mechanics,but don't want to share them with you YET...
Controls:
Left Stick: Move/Change layers
Right Stick: Aim
D-Pad Left and Right: Change guns
D-Pad Up: Open gadget wheel.
L1 Trigger: Use gadget.
R1 Trigger: Fire a gun.
Square Button: Melee.
Triangle Button: Interact.
Circle Button: Sprint.
X Button: Jump/Start Wall run.
Holding X: Mantle.


So there are 2 teams: Red VS Blue. Each team has a base where they can set up defenses and send out troopers,buy weapons/armor/gadgets/etc and research/build special units (like mechs)
Main goal of the game is to destroy the generator.

Generator has 2 bars of health: Shield and Health. Shield will slowly,but surely recharge itself over time. After it has been destroyed,health bar will kick in. Health otherwise does NOT regenerate itself. So make sure to protect the generator at ALL costs!
Also generatoris going to produce money overtime for your base!


Shop is main place where you are going to get all your goodies like weapons,units,turrets,gadgets and more. There are 3 main pages: Player (Things for yourself,for now only weapons),Base (All things for base),Team (Things for your team,buddy system! ). Now in base and team section there are tiers of selection. Tiers are most expensive thing for base,but they are worth it! They will not only unlock new pages,but ALSO overclock your generators,making more money!
Ultra-Galactic Table of Knowledge (Or UGTOK for short) is Tier II item. It is pretty expensive,but it is worth it. It will automatically add to your base and here you are going to research special units. It is going to need money AND node power.


Bases are your main... well bases! Here you can do a lot of things. Buy things from Shop,research at UGTOK and organize unit assault groups AND launch attack at Assault Wall. You also spawn here.
About Assault Wall- here you can place down units in group and put them in First Assault,Second Assault,Third Assault and Backup Assault. Now at start of the game,you cannot initiate any of them,the game will put assault mode automatically. After some time,it will stop doing that and you can initiate assault waves. You can also make some units deploy at certain nodes. Neat huh?


There are 2 types of nodes: Key nodes and Enviromental Power Nodes (EP Nodes for short). There are only 2 key nodes and they are pretty close to each base. They are more protected then EP nodes and you can spawn there. They don't produce as much power as EP nodes do though.
EP Nodes are protected by few turrets and bots. Now EP nodes will produce power for UGTOK and they will interact with enviroment! They can be set to emit a wall,bridge,stairs! You can also deploy units at these nodes.

This mode was inspired by Ratchet and Clank: Q-Force or Full Frontal assault AND Awesomenauts! Faction icons were inspired by Killzone.


Now i named players Pilot because i don't have a better idea what to call them. Leave some suggestions if you have them!
Double Jump
Just a simple double jump. Press X while in air to do it. It also has nice fire effect like you are going up.
Wall Jump
You can kick off and slide from certain walls. Press X to kick off.
Wall Run
A unique ability brought to you by AirHunter Industries! Now this is going to be a bit more difficult. Press X while right in front of a wall runnable surface and hold left stick in direction of your choosing. Now keep holding it,or you WILL fall off!
Wall Stick
Any suggestions for better name?
This is more of scout ability. While near antenna (or something else) hold L1. Now you can have a vantage point! This ability is also included in gadget wheel.
Sprint:
Just simple sprinting. Hold O. You can't use weapons while sprinting.

Gadget Wheel
Now gadget wheel will have 4 different gadgets to select from! (Except that one is actually ability) Pressing up on the D-Pad will bring it. Selecting with right stick and pressing X. Those gadgets are:
Hoverboots
Swingshot
ODST/Titan
Wall Stick
Hoverboots:
Have you been tired of slow movement and falling without any chance to escape? Well hoverboots for the RESCUE! Holding L1 and pushing left stick in direction of your choosing will make you hover there real fast! Holding L1 while in air will make you glide!
I am not going to say anything about Swingshot and ODST/Titan yet...

Omniblaster:
Your good old basic blaster. It is pretty good at combat.
Fusion Grenade Glove:
Your basic grenades!
Buzz Blades:
This weapon will rapidly fire off blades which will ricochet off walls and surfaces. Each slice is going to be quite a damage! Not effective on generators.
Arc Electrolyzer:
This weapon has 2 shooting modes-charged and normal. Charged will take up about 5 seconds to charge up and unleash electricity on your opponent! It will also make them electrified for some time. Normal will shoot out electricity balls. Here's a tip: Shoot normal shots when enemy is electrified. Deals more damage!
Sidewinder:
This weapon has guided missiles! Guided missiles will last for 16 seconds and it can boost with R1! You can also manually explode with Square button!

There are more guns but i was too lazy to add them in...


The Beta version 0.2 will be arriving pretty soon! Actually,i take that back,it won't come out soon but it is in making! This will be a HUGE update. First off with menu: Now i want to add more in background then just starfield,like a planet where there is war (Sack Wars must have a some kinda of war!) and more of that. Also i think i should say now: soon i will be looking for a guy who can make great music. So look for the menu where pictures usually are.
So first off,i tried kinda squarish font with the title name. As you see there are things which you can choose to do. I still haven't decided if i should have touch or moving around with stick,so leave feedback on that! As you see there are loads of things here. First note: Red selections can't be accessed in Beta,grey ones can. Now you see blue one there right? Those are Beta-Exclusive things (don't worry-they will make in full release,but i will have to put them somewhere else)
So now detailing it: First off is Play Singleplayer. "What??? Singleplayer! You told us nothing about it!" Uh well...it is just a placeholder there so it looks more like game menu..."That seems suspicious!" Shush,i told you it is a placeholder!
Play Multiplayer is...well your basic play multiplayer! It will open up a lobby in place where there is that Spec Ops section (don't worry i will get into it in a second) and you will be able to do things there.
Simulation tests are...well lets say Virtual Reality training. You are going to have introduction here to Sack Wars universe and training how to do basic things.
News are going to be news-either it is new update,new stuff you get it.
NOW the interesting one: Spec Ops. This is a mode where you will be able to play...wait for it...CO-OP! Yes,this is going to be my first test of 2 players (i am going to have 4 player test later on) Now this is more like testing things and showing gameplay. It will have 7-12+ short missions which won't have a lot of level of detail but showing off gameplay and testing bugs between 2 players. You see credits section down there? I would be a punk if i wouldn't credit those who helped me make this level. As you see there are currently 2 names there: Myself and airide,the guy who fixed the bad aiming and made it a lot better! More names are going to be there soon!
