wouldnt it be awesome if media molecule got the rights to Starwars and there team made an addon like MGS add on. Just imagine unlockin sack yoda costume. would be awesome!! Lightsabre tools, force tools, boss levels. If they released it in 20 episodes I would get them all. Im sure people have made Starwars lvls but it gets tricky when it comes to costumes. What does anyone else think?

I would definatally buy it just for the lightsabre and force pull enhancements.. doubt Mm could get the rights to starwars though, unless lucas arts had a major hand in it.

YouTube - darth vader says NOOooOOOoooOOOooo Eh... Star Wars is cool (most of the time, see above) and Star Wars games are pretty good... but I don't think a Star Wars LBP would be that great. I don't think the gameplay of LBP lends well to getting the "Star Wars" feel. :/ Then again, if MM get enough freedom with it, maybe they can pull a miracle.

lego starwars did it. a very similar game if you take LBP creation tools away! Remember though, that LEGO and Lucas' relationship goes back many years before the video game ever came out. By him agreeing to give licensing rights for the video game only served to strengthen his sales towards actual LEGO Star Wars toys.

Rust bucket I understand that im just saying it would be good, that 'quote' you have there is in reply to Gilgamesh saying 'I dont think starwars LBP will be that great' in context to the two not mixing well. where as I think the platform animation genre like LBP and the Lego games mix well with starwars, like I was saying, Lego pulled it off really well. EDIT: Sorry I meant Rustbukkit.... My bad also dont take this as me being arsy im just explaining what I meant.

umm not sure, they would have to implement alot to get it done... I would want (at very least) lightsabers, force abilites, and a double jump... with this stuff in place there could be some very fun starwars levels.. and I would love to win objects like the AT-ST, AT-AT, Xwing, Tie Fighter, and wouldnt mind playing the deathstar level,... I would absolutly play it, and I think it could really work good if they added enough stuff to it. but I wont be holding my breath waiting for it.

if there's a profit to be made, there's always a chance with george lucas. he seems to like humorous twists on sw, so i think this would be something he'd be interested in.

I ****ing LOVE Star Wars. I would seriously, seriously never stop playing this game if they included some Star Wars content. But it would need to be stuff from Episodes 4-6, not that new crap. We would also get the best addon EVER. The lightsaber!

yea I could see the Lightsaber working pretty good.. Like either R1 turns it on and off, and swing by spinning the Right stick, or swing with R1 and spinning the joystick still swings it around.. Include like Light saber switches, so that doors and creatures can be killed with the saber.. and maybe like a lightsaber creature bit, so that you can have some cool LS duels.. (would have to do this because if your lightsabers fatal, than multiplayer would be impossable.) and yea I would cry If thy released it and it was episodes 1-3... they would have to do the original trillogy.. I would want to see The deathstar Levels (the one in Force unleashed may have been the only really great thing about that game) Hoth, Endor, (maybe a jabba's cruiser minigame?) If done right it could be epic... someone send George Lucas an Email.

yea did you see family guy Blue Harvest?? Sure did. Also the Robot Chicken episode and the already mentioned Lego SW games. Lucas does enjoy laughing at his own work, as long as it`s not nasty. It would be worth a level pack for the sound effects alone!
