Either Frosted Flakes or Lucky Charms. When I had to be at work at 4AM (EST) I ended up staying awake till 3 and leaving for work then. I had a bowl of Frosted Flakes both days but, with an additional 4 or 5 teaspoons of sugar. The previous months before this, I was always getting stuck with evening shifts. 4AM was a total shock to the system.

As for the TMNT cereal from back in the day... I had my father buy me a box of that.... never again. Tasted like cardboard (with milk).		2008-08-20 16:41:00

I like the strawberry special k with the yogurt clusters the best. I also love their cereal bars.

I normally go for the healthier stuff these days, but every so often my sweet tooth gets the best of me, so here are my favorites where both are concerned:

Healthy: Grape-Nuts, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, Cheerios & Raisin Bran...

Sweet: Golden Grahams, Peanut Butter Crunch, Lucky Charms, Cocoa Krispies...

for breakfast, I normally go for a croque-monsieur (God bless the french for this), but when I do have cereal nothing beats Honey bunches of Oats, not too bland like some cereal, and not too sweet...2008-08-24 07:10:00
