spotlighted level questions
Archive: 6 posts
recently one of my levels was spotlighted but since my activity is low is wasnt given a proper mention i have a new level which i feel is way better but i dont want 2 publish it yet till my activity is high enough for a proper spotlight anyone know the minimum activity percentage or level you must reach to have a proper spotlighted mention? | 2009-02-16 09:51:00 Author: talmasca Posts: 196 |
Active members are those with a 15% or higher activity rating (we recently lowered it to open up the potential pool a little more), and inactive members only have to have at least 1 post... but we encourage more. Here's your answer . You might want to take a look at this thread where the Spotliight crew explains how the choosing of the levels and so on works: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=8723 Hope that helped! | 2009-02-16 10:03:00 Author: Marklin80 Posts: 458 |
You can increase your activity level by being more active in the forums. Just reading posts does not increase your activity rating, but posting does. What some people do is use the F4F system to increase their activity level. I see your levels are part of that system. What you can do is go and play other people's levels that use the F4F system and then give them some feedback. Not only does your activity level go up as you are posting more, you can also ask them to give some feedback to your own levels as well. So as an added bonus, your own levels will get more plays and feedback as well! That's just one way to increase your activity percentage. Just being an active member will naturally increase your percentage over time. | 2009-02-16 10:35:00 Author: Elbee23 Posts: 1280 |
yh thanx for helping, i already did some f4f but i guess i can get into it again, 15% is the minumum so ill wait till i get that before i publish my shadow of the colossus lvl oh and does anyone know that if my level is put into the inactive users spotlighted section, can it b moved to a proper spotlight if my activity gets high enough? | 2009-02-16 13:36:00 Author: talmasca Posts: 196 |
Don't know if you can get it moved, maybe if you ask one of the mods very nicely, but still it is probably not so many that will look at the thread more than once and therefor not so many will notice your level more just because it got moved. | 2009-02-16 20:52:00 Author: Marklin80 Posts: 458 |
