I seem to have gone down in my experience points without buying anything in the shop. I was just wondering how this happened. If a thread is deleted do you lose any xp points associated with that particular thread? Also I seem to have gone down in rep just by a small amount. Is this simply someone hitting the "I dissaprove" rep button or is it connected to the above issue. I really don't think I have offended anyone. If I have got minus rep shouldn't it appear in the Control panel where it shows you all the good rep posts? If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated. Cheers.

If a thread is deleted you do lose XP, posts and I think rep from any thanked posts.

Hi, Also check your "vote" count in your profile. There is XP related to how is rated your threads. If threads are bad rated, you loose xp. Concerning rep, you can see if somebody rep- you in the "User CP".

Thanks Takelow, I just checked and nobody has given me minus rep so I think it must be simply a thread being deleted that had thanked posts in it. Thanks for the quick replies guys. If a moderator is reading this they can delete the thread if they like as the topic is sorted. Thanks again.

Forum Games was recently (2-3 weeks ago) set as exempt from overall post count, and "Thanks" has been disabled there as well. You may have seen the xp drop due to the posts in Forum Games which no longer count toward your post count.

Someone could answer a question in the spam can or something...? But I guess rep could be used then :O
