Yeah, without a pic it's difficult to say. There's no caption under the picture? No mention in the article? Does it look like an official MM costume, or something someone made themselves with stickers?

Which country was it in? My understanding is that different countries have different versions of the same magazine. I believe they all roughly cover the same stuff, but are written by different people who use different pictures and go into different levels of depth about topics...
