Fake PS3 Address?

| I don't know if this question is going to get me into trouble or anything, or how legal or immoral it is... Anyway, the PS3 Store isn't available where I live, so I can't buy the MGS pack or any of the other cool online things... I heard however, that if you find some fake address on Google, you can use it to gain access to the PS Store from any country. What I'd like to know is how that works? I mean, even if I do get a fake address, won't I need a credit card from that particular country? For example, even if I get a fake Japanese address, won't I still need a Japanese credit card to access the Japanese PS Store? Am I missing something or is there some other way around this problem?
