This new season reminds me of the good old scrubs like the first few seasons...6 and 7 were not great but thats also because they thought that was their final year.2009-02-06 17:24:00

I've heard they were doing a few more seasons on ABC, not sure though... I also heard thie is Zach Braffs last season... which sucks.. I dont see how the show could go on without JD.. umm but yea so far so good with season 8

Zach Braff has confirmed he will leave the series after the 8th season,[41] although this will not necessarily end the show.[42][43] Judy Reyes, like Braff, has also decided to leave Scrubs after season 8 so she can move on to films and probably Broadway. Bill Lawrence will leave the show as well.[44] Reyes indicated to the Globe that ABC, which picked up the long-running show from NBC earlier this year, could not afford to match the Scrubs stars' pay demands.[45] ABC and Lawrence have suggested that the show could continue past 2009 with a new cast.[46]

On Jan. 29, 2009, series creator Bill Lawrence seemed to tell a crowd at his alma mater, the College of William and Mary, that the eighth season of Scrubs would be the last[49], however he has since clarified that his actual meaning was that if it continues after Braff leaves, "it would have to be a different show (maybe even different title)".[50]

well new interns would be the focus but the fact that Bill Lawrence is leaving means the show would be completely different. After all he created it all.

I read somewhere that Zach Braff is the highest paid tv actor making three hundred thousand dollars an episode!

I'm sad that scrubs is ending but I'm happy because Bill Lawrence once said that when the janitor's name is revealed the show will end. Hopefully that means they'll tell the Janitor's name.

If thats true about Zach Braff thats sad, makes sense though if you noticed not every member of the cast can be on each episode like earlier seasons. I heard that each cast member has to be taken out of 2 episode each so that the budget works out.

Yeah i think the final episode will reveal his name.
The episode that he gets married

i think it will be something really normal like bill or something really weird like poindexter. I woukld like it if his initials were JD. That would be cool.

funniest show ever. as far as i am concerned this is the last season. if ABC continues it without zack braff and bill lawrence they are greedy idiots and will drive it into the ground. so yeah, when this season is over i'm done and will keep the memories pure.

at the end, each (EACH) character on Friends was making 1 million an episode. don't quote me on that, but i'm pretty sure.
