This may have been brought up already, but I couldn't find a thread for it. I love the Metal Gear Solid levels. I like playing them, never mind how awesome the materials/stickers/paintinator are. They were worth the money. So I started this thread to see if other people are with me in this: Other game developers need to get behind this game! I'd love to see more games played out like this. Maybe some official bioshock content. Or cool race levels based on Motorstorm. Or a Ratchet and Clank inspired set of levels. The MGS content is a terrific add-on to the game and we need to see more of this type of creativity. So, how many of you enjoyed the MGS stuff as much as me? And what other games would you like to see in the LBP universe?

I loved the MGS levels and art and I'd like to see more. Not necessarily from games that I specifically like because any new materials are great for a creator. You do understand that Konami didn't make the pack right? MM just made it, although with permission of Konami offcourse, so you have to direct your plea to MM.

I had to copy and paste this from another thread that I accidentally posted it in ... instead of this one where I meant to. Thanks for pointing that out to me Wyth. A few months ago I spoke with Motherh666 over on the Sony Forums (who is part of the dev team for Killzone2) about the LBP Helghast costume, to find out if or when they might become available for download from MM. His reply was... and I quote, "Hmm... there is not much I am allowed to say about the LBP Killzone things right now, sorry". Now, I was specifically asking about the Helghast costume, but looking more closely at his reply I realized that he said "LBP Killzone THINGS", which leads me to believe that there may indeed be a KZ2 level pack coming out in the next few weeks similar to the great one released for MGS. I've been keeping this source under wraps for a while now, but I feel that with the game only weeks away from release (and possible LBP content as well), I can let the cat out of the bag of who the source is and what exactly was said. I completely agree that it would be a great idea to have a little cross-contamination between LBP and other great Sony titles. Here's hoping we get more Killzone content than just the Helghast costume. ISA costume, sta-52 LAR Helghast rifle, etc.? That would be too cool. It might even help to improve every horrible attempt I've seen so far at anyone making a Killzone level.

I don't want you to jump to any conclusions or start any false rumors. I said "which leads me to believe" that there may indeed be a KZ2 level pack coming out in the next few weeks". Just wanted to clarify that this is not confirmed knowledge or a leak of any kind, but merely hopeful speculation on my part as the result of a message I received. It could be that they haven't received permission from GG at all to release anything let alone the Helghast costume (though I'm sure they will at least offer that up). Again... just wanted to clarify.

Yea I agree with all my might... *AGREEEEEESSSS!!!!!* I love the MGS pack (lot better than most story levels in most cases) I wanna see a FF7 pack, any others I would probably buy too, just really want the ff7 pack.. I think the professional levels are great!

Yeah a Killzone pack would really be fantastic, I'd love to see more Mm created levels, especially if they are Killzone themed. I don't really know about any other good games coming soon to the ps3 which would fit, or old which will fit well as lbp levels. Maybe ratchet and clank, but that would be pretty weird without a lot of new different weapons.
