Anyone here ever watch Dead Like Me? It has to be one of my favorite shows of all time. Basically it's about a plain girl who is killed by a falling toilet seat from a space station on her first day at her new job as a temp. She becomes a reaper (dead person who takes the souls of the living out before they die so they won't feel pain) and has to try to cope with this while watching over her dysfunctional and depressed family. It's a mixture of dark comedy and tragedy and should be watched be EVERYONE. It was cancelled after two seasons on showtime and has a straight-to-DVD movie coming out early next year. The studio says if the movie sells well they may start the show up again. For people who have seen it, who are your top 3 favorite characters and why? My favorites are... 3. Rube - I liked the bond between him and "peanut" and the story of his family was intriguing. 2. George/Georgia/Peanut - She was a very complicated character and very fun to watch. 1. Daisy, Daisy Adair - I started out hating her but her depth just kept increasing as the story went on and near the end of the second season, her character, as distraught as she was, was amazing. I think I have a crush on Laura Harris. :o Runners up... 3. Roxy 2. Joy Lass 1. Mason ALL of the acting was amazing and the story was perfect. I strongly suggest that everyone over the age of 13 (if mature) watch this. WARNING :Strong Language

Seen it before. I like Mason. The show isn't great, but can be entertaining. I wouldn't call it much more than average. Now House, that's a show.

EDIT: JK I've never watched House. It didn't appeal to me. But notice how I wrote that I didn't like it. You wrote it more as your opinion was fact but then again, most reviewers nowadays do that too. C'mon people!!1

I used to watchh it when I was muuuuch younger... But then those little gremliny things? Ughh. they scared me lol. Me favourite was the main girl, the black guy who got her soul.. And that's all I can remember.

When i said "most reviewers do that" I meant that it was fine. Saying everyone should watch it doesn't even state that somethings is good such as "Everyone should watch *blank* just to see how terrible it is" or "Everyone should watch *Blank* and find out for themselves".
