Why Is Lava Not A Hazard

If you want to make lava hazardous without using hologram material you can simply put an impact sensor connected to a Hazzard tool (set to fire) on the lava material. Now when a player touches it the lava material they will activate the hazard tool and kill the player (or make them burn their feet!).
