http://lbp.me/v/qq01ng3 Hi everyone! This is a platform/ fighter level. The action is fast paced. The Dark Flame is dieing and so too is the barrier it maintains. Shadow Creatures have once again invaded. Only one warrior armed with the sword of light can save this world. To succeed she must fight her way deep into the Shadow world and discover the source of the Dark Flame. http://i1.lbp.me/img/ft/951ced48ac2876cf2d774d77bfa105879cb5b8c0.jpg http://ic.lbp.me/img/ft/56c1269b10e315be379a6ca2a5ab5908370dc673.jpg http://i4.lbp.me/img/ft/7044fadf19a6782f554952fb92a5cf33322591ca.jpg http://lbp.me/v/qq01ng3 | 2014-03-12 20:53:00 Author: one-mad-bunny Posts: 334 |

I wish I had posted this a f4f. This is a three level game. I set it up with level links and the scoreboard is at the end of the third. My reasoning behind this was the sword mechanics are learned in the first level. You can use it to attack in different directions or swing across gaps. Also the story will not make sense if played out of order. I thought about locks and keys instead. Do players collect keys if they are not collecting community objects? I'm also interested in what players think of the difficulty. It is always hard for me to judge. Very interested in what people think. Thanks! | 2014-03-18 01:22:00 Author: one-mad-bunny Posts: 334 |
This is definitely going back in the queue. I thought the difficulty was very balanced. I didn't have any problems with it. Personally, I prefer the scoreboards at the end of each level. Though it is frustrating when people skip my first level of Green Ash all together and play the second. Miss the whole story Even though it clearly says part 1 and part 2 lol. Awesome level. Can't wait to play more. | 2014-03-18 05:24:00 Author: Greensmurfy Posts: 300 |

Thank you for the Feedback on my level again, Bunny. Have queued this up, and will review it as soon as I get on LBP later today EDIT: Brilliantly done level, Bunny. In some ways it can be very tricky, and since I have my gamma exposure on my TV low, I couldn't see in places and had to turn it up, but that wasn't a problem Story wise, it was exceptional. It was interesting, a little intimidating especially towards the end (which is a good thing, shows the level/depth has changed), and above all else, you couldn't wait to get on to the next big. Very well done indeed The sackbot and scoring system, as well as the monsters you created were very unique, and the sword's multitasking was very well done. Using it as both a weapon and a grapple hook that, not only worked but worked well, was truly something not seen often in the wide community. Both the middle and end boss battles were unique and impressive. I will say that I hadn't a clue for about 5 minutes during the first fight, as I couldn't see anyway to get up to the grapple sections, until the enemy sort of helped me out but other than my simple mindedness, it was great Visuals were the only place which I would feel confident in suggesting some improvements. The overall feel and look of the game was great, and since I know you were going for a dark and eerie level, I wasn't expecting color and flamboyancy, however sometimes it's nice to see a little more decoration and a little more use of materials. Either way, it was fantastically done and I had a great time A smile, a heart, and a willingness to see more from you are Snooth | 2014-03-22 12:06:00 Author: LittleBigSnooth Posts: 454 |
Thanks ever so much for the kind words! Update: levels 2 and 3 are no longer sub levels. Which is good for players, because level 2, in my opinion, is the most fun. Because they were sub levels players were not able to leave reviews or rate/heart, so the ratings don't look the best. Hopefully that will change. Also some logic was added in level 2 to make the scores more fair. There are time bonuses for individual sections to reward the best players. Ok. I have a question. In your opinion is the boss at the end of level 1 too difficult to figure out? | 2014-04-11 02:29:00 Author: one-mad-bunny Posts: 334 |
