Just played it last night and what a level. The camera glitch is great, and the visuals are top notch. The controls of probe one are intriguing, too. Man, I haven't seen the 3D camera kind of levels since LBP2, and this is probably the first I seen in LBPV. Awesome work.

OVERALL: A yay, heart, and positive review.

Level name: Mars 2025 - alien encounter (3D)

PSN: scarybiscuit

Gameplay – the platforming here was pretty boring since it didn’t offer anything else than just running and jumping. This level was very easy to beat. You could add some more obstacles and make the gameplay more diverse. There were some traps, but it just wasn’t enough. The alien chase was something unexpected and looked really cool, yet I have to say it was easy again. Just a simple run. The scanning was a nice feature. I just wish there were some more uses for this. I liked the hidden footsteps and the glowing portals. Sometimes the walls behind the character are blocking the view. No one can see them anyway, so it’s a waste of thermo. Deleting them and extending the area so that it fits in frame should fix the problem. Making the score visible would be a good change too. Why adding points if I can’t see my score? As for the controls, there should be some hints because I had to learn everything by myself. Some players could have a problem with that. 5/15

Design – the character was well designed. It reminds me on WALL-E. My only complaint here is the jump animation since it looks like the character is levitating for a few seconds. Considering it is a 3D level I should give you some bonus points for the effort, but most of the scenery were copies with a simple design. 8/15

Audio/sfx – I understand the reason there was no music, but you could add some wind sounds playing in the background because the level was too quiet. When I move the character I can hear a sound, but when I stop, it keeps playing and turns off after a few seconds, so it’s poorly synchronized. There were some sounds under way, but there were also moments with total silence. 7/15

Final score: this level is very unique and has an interesting story, but still requires a lot of work. 20/45

I hope you have nothing against constructive criticism and will take my thoughts into consideration.
