sackbot respawn issues

I cannot get the normal re spawn logic to work for this level http://vita.lbp.me/v/g-dkp. Because it is a bot who transforms, i.e. emits another bot I either get double bots emitted or another bot every time the tag transforms the bot. I would really like this level to realize its potential but it is useless unless I figure out spawn issues, as of now it is nonlethal and messy, Help2014-01-21 14:50:00

in other words their is two bots, each bot having their own tag. bot A is main bot Bot B is transormed bot. always make sure Bot A overlaps Bot B by atleast 1 frame. and have a tag sensor forA and B set to invert and connected to an AND gate. so when neither are on the board. the system will recognize this and emit Bot A.

More on Bot B: Playing as Bot A u hit the trigger, let it be a button, switch, or simply pressing X. By hitting the trigger u emit Bot B. Make sure their is a tag on Bot B called "Destroy bot A" and a tag sensor on Bot A named "Destroy bot A' hooked up to a destroyer. the emit/destroy will move so fast it will look as if to transorm.

on both bots have a tag named "Player 1" and have your controllinator placed on sticker panel have a follower follw this tag, unless there is not a bot A or B on the board.

If you are creating in LBPV, you can simply wire a signal to the bottom Input of the Emitter when you want to destroy any objects emitted by it

derp, why didnt i think of this. i recently jumped back onto LBP2 for a contest and yesterday I was whining to a friend how lbp2 emitters dont have that function like lbpv does o.O brain fart2014-01-22 03:57:00

u set the emitter that emits bot A, when either bot B and Bot A are no longer in the playing field. the fram overlap i was talking about wont be an issue if u have a tag sensor on Bot A that detects Bot B being on the board that is hooked up to a destroyer. So pretty much bot B enters play and then Bot A will destroy itself, and the emitter will always read atleast Bot A or B is in play and wont emit Bot A unless neither are in play.
