So im just wondering since i am thinking about getting Dynasty Warriors V2 on the PSP since im a Dynasty warrior fanatic i even read Romance of the three kingdoms. i was wondering how good V2 is. i will probaly like it im just wondering about indepth things and game content and how the stats work.

Hmmm... my first serious contact with the Dynasty Warriors was with Dynasty Warriors: Gundam on PS3. I can and do love that game. It's just a great balance between killing 1000 mechs at a time and intense battles with enemy aces of equal skill to your own. I went and got DW5 for the PS2 second hand, as I wanted to see the main game on the big screen. It came with no manual though, which is really bad for that sort of game. The graphics were a huge step down as well, making it harder to rotate and see what was going on. I traded that game back in. ;_; Anyway, I've ressurected my PSP and have tried DW on that machine. I've only finished one mission (I just started yesterday), and I've got to get use to the camera controls, but overall it felt pretty solid. A bit claustrophobic and disorientating, but I think I could get use to it. I am really looking forward to DW Gundam 2 which should be out in a few months time. I'll likely pick up DW7 which should come out at a similar time as well. If they can pull the camera further back and increase the draw length for DW PSP 2, well, it will likely be a great game as well.

I read the books too! Excellent read, and im not even into books. I used to be a Dynasty Warriors nut too, even have the Three Kingdoms dvd set with english subtitles (they made a tv series out of it in China). Im not into the games anymore though, each game just feels too similar to the last so i gave up on them.

I think it's Dynasty Warriors: Empires that they're going to release at the same time as Gundam 2, since they pushed that title a few months back. DW7 shouldn't be out for another year, at the very least. >_> I just hope the perfect the engine, especially since that was the only thing that held me back from the game. The game engine is very inconsistent and riddled with bugs.

Thanks Rabid it looks like the User Review is awesome but the Critics hate it... but meh they hate all Dynasty warriors XD.
