Maybe next time Steven should actually play more than 5 levels when finding the next team picks. He literally played 5 levels, and picked 2 of them, all within a timespan of like 20 minutes. Come on, you're the community coordinator, maybe you should actually show you care about the community. That also means giving relatively unknown creators the spotlight, instead of picking the same people a billion times. If you can't do your job properly because you're so "busy" then please hire someone that can.

If I may chime in. I believe the selection process is little bit deeper than what you described. I'm sure Steven has a staff that do the weekly searching via forums and in game, and THEN submit their final votes to him...at which time he reviews the final group and makes his decision off of those. As for the same people being chosen billion times, I recently received my first Team Pick. Before that one, I have never been officially recognized. There are numerous variables that must slide in ones favor to receive a Team Pick. We all know the obvious, create something quality. There is also forum advertising, meaning posting a descriptive topic with pictures in the "levels" or "objects" page. But most of all, it simply takes luck. As you mentioned there are 1000's of stellar creators out there that simply go unknown. Now for my main comment. I understand your frustration, HOWEVER...I do not think it is wise nor productive attacking Steven in such a way. If I had a serious issue on the way he was handling his position, I would have wrote him a tactful private message explaining what I researched, what I thought, and how I believed he could improve the selection process. That is just my opinion. Either way, best of luck and happy gadding.

If you really want a pick that badly, just make a good enough level and have a friend recommend it to him on twitter. If it really is good enough, he'll pick it.
