Hey guys. I'm here to talk about an upcoming level I am currently making. Yes, I know I am working on Ratchet and Clank: Travel To The 2nd Dimension (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=81109-Ratchet-and-Clank-Travel-To-The-2nd-Dimension) but I am growing tired of it so I decided to make a little side project. It's nothing big, just play as a super hero with powers of freezing really. You free roam in a city stopping crime for long as you want or until you drop. I plan to add a super villain that would show up time from time and you have to stop him. So far our hero can shoot little ice balls that will auto aim at enemies, you can hold L and move both of your arms to do melee attacks, and you can hold R to use your powers to go to building rooftops and anywhere you would want to ski around the city.Ratchet and Clank: Travel To The 2nd Dimension (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=81109-Ratchet-and-Clank-Travel-To-The-2nd-Dimension) is not cancelled but I would like to spend some time working on something fresh.

sweeeet sounds really cool. I dunno if something similar would be possible in LBPV but I remember in LBP1 playing a tech demo of some really smart gadget which allowed you to ski around like Frozone from the incredibles. might work nicely in your level if you can implement something similar2014-01-03 02:40:00

Never played the incredibles pack so I wouldn't know. Anyway the level is out now which you can check here (http://vita.lbp.me/v/g2-wk). (Also there was another thread of this in the showcase part)

nah it wasn't from the incredibles pack, it was basically taking advantage of the fact that things that were emitted on top of each other would merge if they had dark matter stuck on them, so you could step into this sort of sackboy sized cage thing and when you jumped you would draw a path of slippery glass that looked like an icey slide. it was really cool for a LBP1 invention, but i never saw it in use in a proper level.2014-01-05 18:46:00

Oh that. Yea, something like that is in this level if you hold R.

Only way to keep posted is to make a sequel since the level is already out, but it's not time yet.
