Hey Gang, Greetings from Lancaster, PA! My husband and I have been playing LBP since before Christmas. Absolutely love it!! We actually got the entire way through to the end of the story and now we're going back through the levels trying to reach 100% with no kills - that's a lot harder with 2 people. Quick play is neat also. Endless amount of game play. We haven't done much online play - we keep getting *Failed to load profile* errors. We're running a wireless network and I think our strength is anywhere inbetween 30-45%. We did play online with my neice/neiphew a while back a couple times, but it hasn't worked since. Do I need to reset my router or something ? Or is this a LBP/PS3 problem? LBP is even better on a 55" big screen!

Welcome to the site, nice to have another husband and wife team on the site. Regarding the connection issues, if at all possible run a wired connection to your router that should take care of 99.999% of connection issues. Wireless connections for gaming are not very good as depending on the signal strength you drop too many packets and get the issues you are experiencing. Cheers QuozL

I think the router is wired. It's wireless down to the Playstation (which is downstairs). I think my husband even has a signal booster (or whatever its called). He doesn't have any issues playing other games - COD4,5. Perhaps a router reset? Oh well...I'll do some research. LBP is the only game I can handle playing. My husband is so good at other games that I can never keep up with him. So atleast this game, I can keep up with him. hehehee...

Hey! I'm from Pennsylvania too! Northeastern pennsylvania! I can actually help you with your connection problems. Go into your network settings and lower your MTU to 1492. I was having the same exact errors, as was my one friend, and we did this and it fixed our problems immediately! Hope this helps you, and welcome to the forum! ps - i'm married, and i play more than my husband! ^_^
