Well.. we had one and due to the use of it, took the site to it's knees to the point nothing would load for anyone. There were just too many users. Not that it isn't a good idea, but the horsepower to run what would be needed would be horribly expensive. If you do a search, it has been recommended many times with this same response. Including when we had it and the problems surrounding it.

Oh ok, didn't inform myself before posting the thread. Sorry. No worries. I just wanted you to realize it isn't a bad idea, but that with the amount of members we have online it just was not possible.

That is a shame, I would enjoy some live convos with some fellow creators. I'm sure live chat eats therm like custom stickers

Yeah, we had a facebook-style chat thing that was pretty horrible. But I still don't see why we can't have a shoutbox or something like most forums do. Maybe because lbp is still stuck on vbulliten

Maybe because lbp is still stuck on vbulliten Not sure I would say we are stuck, but don't see why we should fix something that really isn't broken just to have a chat feature. ..but I can talk to Taffey and see what he thinks. There might be something out there now.
