I have a capture card (for both Audio and Video) on my laptop, but I need a Video Capture program... Something to record whatever from my consoles to my laptop. Anyone? Oh, and my laptop's OS is Vista. The output from the consoles would be the Red/White/Yellow cable, if it matters. ... I forget its name. x_X

I use FX VidCap (http://www.jhepple.com/video_capture_software.htm). It's really no good for anything but capturing. Nothing fancy with it, but it's also very easy to use.

erm, i think the program my mate uses is...infact it may be on one of his videos.... YouTube - Halo 3: 'Maiden Multitage YouTube - Fifa 09: Liverpool vs. Portsmouth highlights he uses a dazzle somthing or other capture card and his editing program is sony vegas (i think it is sony, but it is definitely Vegas lol) And yes, i am in both the videos lol TheTrooper92 and i play as portsmouth (even though i support burnley lol) But he says vegas is a good editing program once you get used to it the videos are just to show proofage he says it is very good, i thin it is what you are looking for? EDIT: i accidently clicked vote now, wtf does that do?

You should check out Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/). It's less than $40 to buy, but there's also a free trial. It's pretty good.
