Waking up to Adventure.

Archive: 12 posts

Made a level that was simple enough for my daughter. She tested for me, she is 4. I am hoping to get some feedback and fix any flaws that are found from other players. Will be happy to do feedback for feedback. <3

Just finished playing it. It reminded me of a LBP1 style. Came out very nice, especially getting to go through all of the different enviorments. Adventure indeed.

Everything seemed ok, nothing broken. Well, except when I grabbed one of the flying critters near the beginning, that broke.
Poor little guy.
But as for the level itself, it all seems good.

Hope your daughter had a lot of fun playing it.

Oh and also, having the low gravity in the space portion was a nice touch.

queuing your level up, thanks for the feedback glad to hear the only thing that broke was the bird. I tried to keep it simple and really just some eye candy for the kiddies. I have always had a tough time finding easy levels for the little one so decided to build one. Hope that other parents can find this level to let their kids play!2013-11-19 14:20:00

I played your level, the first time the player fully enters the water, there are three holes in some material, if the player goes down left they can get out of the map. 47289

Another part slightly past the scuba gear, there is a starfish and to the bottom left a hole. 47290 After fiddling around I got back through.

That's all I found. I can see you have great level design. But do you use 'grid' when making levels? If not you must. overall it was a great level with a nice mixture of themes for the player to change environments as they progress. Interesting concept.

Scott.

That's a very nice and colourful level. I think the gameplay fit the skills of a 4 years old kid perfectly.
It also fit the skills of this 40 years old player

Very good job

In my case the answer would be no as I haven't published anything in a while. But I figured for the few people who post F4F, I would offer some comments anyway.2013-11-22 15:54:00

This is a nice level for young players! We play as a family of 4 sometimes and have a range of skill levels in our party. If you wanted to appeal to a wider audience perhaps you could put some hard to reach prize bubbles or something. Kids love bouncing, swimming, floating in space and blowing things up! You got it all.2013-11-24 19:10:00

Alrighty, would you like feedback in the form of a review or feedback on here? Uhm, well I must say I actually really really enjoyed it! ^.^ It was cleverly made, and the themed sections had great detail! If you could but try my level It'd mean alot. http://lbp.me/v/qpmn8dv2013-11-24 21:00:00
