Anyone seen the latest trailer? I must say i was pretty surprised. Before watching it i really didn't have any expectations, cause we all know movies games aren't always the best out there but anyway take a look at the trailer and tell me what you think! My 2 cents on the trailer: Personally i really like the fact that they bring back that 90's Batman style, and they do it good with some improvements with the costumes and batmobile. The Joker looks amazing and **** crazy! I loved when he said: "Let's get this party started!" But seriously what stunned me from this trailer is the scenario, almost movie like... They seemed to have put a lot of effort in this game, graphics are pretty nice, gameplay looks also interesting and this twisted scenario makes me really wanna try this game! Might not be a buy but definately a friday night rent! Hmmm, well you could say they are using the previous generation film style, or you could say it's originally based on the comic, and they are using that for their source. Anyway, it does look promising. It's a fantastic premise. If they can pull it off well they have the making of a great game.

Goodness. I can't beleive there have not been more threads about his game since it launched. It came out a few months ago, but apart from this and the demo thread, it's pretty silent as far as I can see... Anyway, I'm bringing this thread back to say that I have finally finished the normal difficulty level of this game. Overall it is great. It gets a bit slow in the 3/5 to 4/5 overall timeframe of the story, but generally it's a really solid game with a great story that is faithful to the comic cannon. What are other people's opinions of the game, now that it has been out and people have likely bought/rented it and tried the full thing?

I've been playing this game It's amazing, actually. It's probably the game that surprised me most this year. I expected it to flop horribly as with most batman games but it's actually very solid in all fronts. Greatly enjoying it. The Riddler puzzles kind of throw me for a loop now and then since I'm not familiar with all of the obscure characters in the Batman universe, but I do like solving them. Also playing as the joker is a great challenge since he can't just see through walls constantly or fly around.

I played this game twice now, along with getting all the medals on challenges, and platted it a few months back. Pure awesomeness. With Uncharted 2, this is one of my favorite games this year- and the mere fact that I can legitimately say that off a BATMAN game... it rawks, really. I would like better bosses like many people... I hope they fix this in the next game. After I platted it, I deleted the game data due to my 40 gig... I've been tempted to go back and play the challenge maps (getting the high medals on the extreme combat maps are AWESOME) but I don't have much space on my 40 gig and have to keep on deleting stuff for more... I really need a new hard drive <_> Oh yeah! I like the Arkham Aslyum comic book reference (the story behind Amadeus Arkham was lifted right from the Arkham Asylum Graphic Novel). Having a whole sidequest based on that was cool, albeit the ending was different (those who are "The World's Greatest Detective" know what I mean...

Strike Counter Stun Dodge Quick Batarang Quick Bat Claw Throw Standing Takedown Ground Takedown Was going to quote from memory, but I decided to look it up just so you definitally had all 9 <_>
