I've seen it a lot before but Im not really sure what it is. I think it might be some sort of animated decoration, but it looks like wind blowing. Im thinking its from a level kit but Im not sure which one. Thanks for your help

I have always looked for that wind too. I actually played a level with it yesterday and I put it on my sackperson and saved it. If you want it just add me @ MusicMan234 and I'll give it to you.

Yup! It is the steam deco from the cross controller pack. If i want to get it from the pack, do I need to have a PS Vita? Or can i just buy the pack?

Playing with someone would be easier though, since you would have them in your collection instead of in the goodies bag.
