Welp, this is by a long shot. I know it probably is not going to happen but there is a survey out there and I can't help but to do my part and spread the word on it - pass or fail. It's only $5 a month. Which isn't that bad, if you think about the ENORMOUS amount of bandwidth Sony needs to have to cope with online games, Gaikai, game streaming, etc. Plus, they'll have more money to implement nice features for everyone.

Haha, Sony has a reason to make people pay for online. Oh, and you will be able to play free-to-play game online without paying if for some reason you can't afford $50 a year..

Technically it's the same price.. it's just the value of one Dollar compared to the value of one Euro. Unless it's not. It wouldn't surprise me if one Dollar is less than one Euro..

Yeah, but who buys entire year of time to play at once? If it's 5$/€ a month and you keep buying it that way, it's 60$/€ a year. Unless I am mistaken, in which case ignore what I just said. Also, Cory, € > $. One euro is 1,37 dollars. As if that matters, though, since everything in America is cheaper anyway. Oh I wish we went back to markkas here.

People that want their year of + to be $22/?10 cheaper than paying for it quarterly. You could pay monthly for $10/?7 giving a yearly cost of $120/?84 but the cost of a 12 month sub will stil be $/?50
