Hey guys. I haven't played my PS3 *actively* in a couple years and am wondering if it's worth it to get PS+ right now or wait before I get my PS4. I know you can get a few free games, but are they worth it? Are there any good PS Move games available for free?

I say PS+ is definitely worth the price of admission. I can't take advantage on my PS3 because the HDD isn't large enough and because my home internet just isn't fast enough to be downloading those big games. But I do take full advantage on my Vita and have gotten a ton of great games for free. Uncharted, Rayman Origins, Zero Escape, Machinarium, Metal Slug, Gravity Rush, Jetpack Joyride, to name a few. Totally has been worth it to me.

Speaking of PSN/PS+, has everyone seen the sale they've got on in the EU store? I bought Hotline Miami + Limbo for a combined total of ?5.27. Guacamalee is also on offer, as is I am Alive and plenty of other titles. You can pick up AMY (which did get very poor reviews) for 50p.

Nope, not from AUS lol. I'm from Texas. ROFL, I dinnit said AUS, I said Oz, as in the Wizard of Oz. You know, because of under your avatar there it says Location: "Somewhere over the rainbow" Texas huh? Well I hear that people from TX are freakin' awesome! And now, so that my post won't get DELETED I shall now get back on topic. I still say get the PS+. Even if you just get say one game a month or even just one game every 3 mos, it still would more than pay for itself. I usually get mine in 3 month cards which is $18 or $6 per month. Six bucks. I used to spend more than that just renting games. Or you can get the $50 PS+ card so that equates to just over $4 per month. Bet.

Remember that one PS+ payment covers PS3/PS4/Vita, so don't forget to queue those games from any platforms you don't currently own just in case you do get them at some point in the future. This so much, I went from not wanting another handheld due to lack of use to might as well get one I've got 40 games between plus, cross buy, the memory card bundle and other freebies. Of course the key to taking out a PS+ subscription is the timing. To maximise the quantity of content you want to get subscribed the day before content changes.

I bought mine in June and it's been worth it big time. Rayman Origins on my Vita, Saints Row 3 on my ps3, Uncharted on ps3 and vita, and a bunch of others. For $60 a year it's a pretty sweet deal so far.

If I ever just have some money laying around I'll probably grab a Vita, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I looked at the games available and the only one that caught my eye was Ico (yes, I never got around to playing it), so I am gonna pass until 15th November comes up.
